The team recorded a MUAC of 10 cm (red zone), indicating a high risk condition requiring urgent intervention. He lives with his grandmother (Nanono Hindu) in a grass thatched mud house. The caregiver depends on peasant farming and also lives with hypertension, which affects her capacity to consistently meet Albert’s nutrition and healthcare needs.

The team also noted missed immunisation follow ups, with Albert reportedly last immunised at 14 weeks. This increases his vulnerability to preventable childhood illnesses and requires immediate catch up and monitoring.
