Recently, the Francis Lubega Children Foundation carried out a series of important field follow-up activities centered on Herbert’s welfare and care. Our earlier contact with Herbert dates back to 5 February 2025, when we first met him at Mawugulu village, and this was followed by a home visit to Herbert and his grandmother on 10 July 2026 to assess their situation more closely.
