About NSIMIYE GILBERT
Gilbert is an orphan who lost his mom at an age of 10years and doesn’t know where his father is.
He started staying with his grandmother in kabale at the age of 14 years and he didn’t completed his studies and at the same age that’s when he decided to start looking for jobs in town and that’s where the founder of FLCF met him at his work place had a simple introduction and from that the foundation picked an interest of supporting him to achieve something that would make his future bright. And we registered him under FLCF on 8th /Nov/ 2025.
The Founder offered him a house is kabowa where stays as he does his course of plumbing, we also registered him with Bukenya plumbing school where Gilbert started on 14th/April / 2026 and we promised to also always provide him with scholastic materials and basic needs.
Gilbert is a focused boy and hardworking and he promising, positive and loves what his doing,
Since his under the FLCF for both accommodation and support we are conversant that his leaving is good and of recent communication we had with him he heath is also very okay,
As a FLCF, we are committed to advocating Gilbert right to education and better skills. We appeal to partners, donors, and well-wishers to extend support in the form of school fees, scholastic materials, and basic welfare assistance. By standing together, we can ensure that Gilbert continues his technical studies, grows in a safe environment, and has the opportunity to build a brighter future.
Beneficiary Additional Details
Gilbert previously lived with his grandmother in Kabale after losing his mother and was unable to complete his formal education. While searching for work in town, he met the founder of Francis Lubega Children Foundation, who recognised his potential and offered him support. Gilbert now lives in accommodation provided by the foundation in Kabowa and is pursuing a plumbing course at Bukenya Plumbing School. He is described as focused, hardworking, positive and committed to acquiring skills that will help him build an independent future.
